DevoteePulse ("we", "us") provides free, opt-in WhatsApp alerts for Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) quota releases, plus an optional browser extension and mobile app for managing your own booking details. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• WhatsApp number — only when you message our bot to opt in, used solely to route alerts to you.
• Quota preferences — the alert categories you ask for (e.g. ₹300 Special Entry, Accommodation), and, for Premium users, reminder settings and DIP serial numbers.

What we never collect

The browser extension stores your pilgrim profile (name, age, Aadhaar/Passport number) only on your own device. It is never transmitted to DevoteePulse servers. We never store unencrypted card details.

How we use your data

Solely to send the quota alerts and reminders you asked for. We do not sell, share, or use your number for marketing outside the templates you opted into.

Opting out

Message "STOP" to the WhatsApp bot at any time to stop all alerts and remove your number.

Non-affiliation

DevoteePulse is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TTD or any government or temple board.
